Real Estate lndustry Leaders Gather To Discuss Current Market Trends

The Laurel, the new Upper East Side luxury condo, recently hosted a real estate seminar for 50 of Manhattan's top brokers. The seminar was moderated by New York Daily News Real Estate Editor Jason Sheftell, and speakers included Pamela Liebman, President of The Corcoran Group; Louise M. Sunshine, Development Director of Alexico Group; and Kelly Kennedy Mack, President of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
The panel discussed the state of New York's eal estate market today and offered brokers in attendance invaluable advice and market insight. In keeping with the theme of the seminar, 'Don t Rest on Your Laurels', the group encouraged the brokerage community to view the slowing of the market as an opportunity to rebuild connections with fellow brokers, learn moe about the mortgage industry and gain a better understanding ofcurrent inventory,
