Forget Hollywood's Homes of the Stars tours, Corcoran Sunshine has organized New York's own celebrity digs event - well, kinda.

This weekend (March 13 and 14) the brokerage is staging its Spring Open House Weekend.

Twelve high-profile New York City residential developments will open their doors simultaneously on Saturday and Sunday, from 11AM to 5PM.

Developments will be open to the general public and the real estate community all weekend, with standard hours and no appointments necessary - and a low-pressure sales atmosphere.

Participating properties include 515 East 72^nd Street/Miraval Living - home to celebrity chef Eric Ripert and former NY Giant Tiki Barber; Fifteen Madison Square North - TV host Bob Vila and animation heir Abigail Disney live there; The Laurel, Manhattan House/200 East 66^th Street, 75 Wall, 166 Perry Street, Chelsea Enclave, Soho Mews and others.
