Events: Corcoran Sunshine New Development Open House Weekend

Twelve high-profile New York City residential developments will open their doors simultaneously on Saturday and Sunday, March 13-14, 11AM-5PM, during the Corcoran Sunshine Spring Open House Weekend. Developments will be open to brokers, their customers, and the general public all weekend, with standard hours and no appointments necessary and a low-pressure sales atmosphere. Last Fall's Open House Weekend resulted in a four-fold increase in visitors, and $16MM in accepted offers from people who had attended the event.
